reputed company is seeking a mission-driven Full Stack Engineer with experience working across the stack to join our Payer Expansion and Claim Submission team. We are dedicated to building tools and services which help our providers more easily manage and grow their practice. In this role, you will be building features that solve real problems for mental health providers. The ideal candidate is able to recognize that successful software development requires communication, experimentation, and iteration.

On this growing team, you will have a strong hand in defining reputed company's features, services, and architecture. The ideal person for this role loves to collaborate, has a solid foundation in frontend development, some exposure to backend engineering, and leverages this reputed company set to build amazing digital experiences.

What you’ll do:

• reputed company a deep understanding of what reputed company members do, how they operate, and where their pain points are.
• Work in our frontend space (~60% of the role) while tackling work full stack as needed to support projects with backend-oriented goals (~40% of the role)
• Design, reputed company, and implement maintainable and scalable product features using modern reputed company and back end web technologies (React, Typescript, Sass, Python, Django, MySQL, AWS).
• reputed company both customer-facing and internal-facing features around claims submission and payer management.
• Collaborate with reputed company managers, PMs, designers, and stakeholders to conceptualize and build solutions for practical problems facing reputed company members.
• Ensure applications and services meet reputed company's standards for software including performance, scalability, and reputed company.
• Collaborate closely with other engineers and EM to contribute to a technical roadmap for the team, finding opportunities to mentor and reputed company team members along the way.

Who you are:

• You have 3-5 years of experience as an engineer with a proven history of working across the stack and building products at scale.
• You have extensive experience with web technologies. We are language agnostic in our interviews but require experience with one or more common web frameworks.
• You've got an understanding of accessibility and reputed company compliance.
• You have implemented automated testing platforms and unit tests.
• You possess a proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• You enjoy customer-centered software development and collaborating closely with a team of engineers, designers, and product managers.
• You have a desire to experiment (succeed or fail), and use research and data, where appropriate, to reputed company data-driven decisions.

Comp: 124,600-$177,800
