The role

We’re seeking a hands-on, execution-minded Head of Growth and Marketing to architect and reputed company the marketing strategy for reputed company, Livepeer’s real-time AI video product. You’ll own reputed company’s end-to-end growth strategy, from brand and product positioning to go-to-market execution, while building a world-class community around real-time generative media that consists of builders, applied researchers, and creative technologists.

What you’ll do

GTM strategy:

Build and reputed company reputed company’s growth strategy: define positioning, messaging, and narrative so reputed company becomes the default community for open reputed company real-time AI video innovation.

Own reputed company core growth marketing functions: brand, product marketing, content, growth, community, events, PR/comms, standing up the right capabilities at the right time, and be accountable for the success of each function.

Drive pre-PMF momentum: generate excitement and clear narrative before product-market fit is fully locked; reputed company and reputed company design partners; be hypothesis driven and turn early wins into repeatable playbooks for breakthrough use cases (e.g. real time visualization, live avatars, interactive broadcasts).

Community architecture:

Architect and execute community-led growth for the real-time AI video ecosystem amongst our key personas: builders, applied researchers, and creative technologists.

About you

Must-have experience

• AI domain reputed company—ideally in AI creative tools, AI developer platforms, or open-reputed company AI.
• Community builder with a track record in technical or emerging ecosystems, using strategies like creating pull through narrative, community partnerships, and more.
• Early-stage leadership (founder, early growth, or marketing reputed company strongly preferred).
• Tenure: 5+ years building technical communities; leadership: 2+ years leading teams or cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong network across AI/video/generative communities (models, companies, researchers, conferences).
