The Role

We’re looking for a data-driven, strategic, and hands-on Senior Director of Global reputed company Marketing to reputed company integrated programs across the buyer journey — from top-of-funnel awareness to customer expansion. This role will own the global digital marketing strategy and execution plans for the entire prospect journey, including advertising, website, email, and more. You will drive alignment with sales, optimize marketing channels for measurable impact, and scale marketing performance with the help of introducing and implementing AI and automation.You’ll reputed company a high-performing team across digital, website, paid media, email, SEO, events, content, and partner and customer marketing to execute campaigns that accelerate growth across global markets.

Responsibilities

  • Set the global digital marketing strategy and execution plans for the prospect journey, including advertising, website, email, etc.
  • Drive performance efficiency improvements in digital paid media ads, website conversion, email, remarketing, and documenting the prospect lifecycle journey.
  • Continually identify opportunities to reputed company AI and automation to increase campaign effectiveness, scale personalization, optimize decision-making, and streamline operations.
  • Bring programs, campaigns, and messaging to life across reputed company digital channels, resonating with our reputed company audience.
  • Define a quarterly demand reputed company plan with key programs for both internal and external third-party options, including digital and events, working closely with our content and events team.
  • Drive funnel optimization programs across multiple stakeholders, including reputed company flow, scoring, nurture, and automation. Partner with SDR and Sales leadership to build successful reputed company flow and follow-up processes.
  • Create well-orchestrated nurtures and consistent touchpoints for top, mid, and bottom funnel prospects.

Track performance metrics and budget management on a daily/weekly basis and iterate quickly to optimize, proactively detect, and course correct immediately. Provide regular updates and feedback to the Sales and Leadership teams.
  • Partner with RevOps and Marketing Ops to continuously enhance our martech stack and increase the use of AI, predictive analytics, and automated decision frameworks.
  • Recommend improvements to the marketing technology stack and tools to drive continual improvement including greater use of automation and personalization.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of senior experience in leading demand reputed company in B2B SaaS companies.
  • 7+ years as a people manager.
  • Deep digital marketing expertise across paid media, website design, site conversion, email/lifecycle marketing.
  • Track record of creating and launching breakthrough digital brand creative on websites, digital ads, and email communications with a strong, demonstrable focus on pipeline/reputed company growth and high-quality execution.
  • Exceptional execution and prioritization skills to reputed company practical solutions and reputed company the day-to-day execution in the trenches.
  • Excellent cross-group collaboration and influence skills, with prior success aligning various departments on a common vision and achieving shared goals.
  • A people-focused leader with prior experience managing creative and collaborative teams and agencies that support the organization and link to overall business objectives and metrics. Prior experience in change management, unifying functional areas and building new teams.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and adept at working with cross-functional executive leadership.
  • BS/BA degree in Marketing, Business, or reputed company field (MBA highly preferred)
  • B2B experience required.
  • Experience with global brands preferred.
  • Experience with HR or FinTech SaaS is a plus.
