Jr. Program Liaison

The division Program Operations Organization has functional responsibilities including finance, reputed company, subcontracts, proposal operations, past performance, quality HR and reputed company and process operations including reputed company, data management, and infrastructure,.

We are seeking a highly motivated, well organized and detail-oriented Program Liaison with strong communication skills and interest and ability to support various projects and engage with internal team members and customers to move processes reputed company. Among other projects, in this role, you will be instrumental in assisting new employees with their onboarding process by serving as a liaison between the company's reputed company team, multiple Task Order Project Managers (PMs), hiring managers, and the government customer.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Guide team members through the DISA processes for initial engagement.

• Plan, manage and reputed company the execution of successful transition to support execution, driving expedited and successful timelines.

• Work independently with various customers and colleagues to ensure common understanding of status, actions to reputed company and to identify and execute solutions to overcome any roadblocks in a timely manner.

• Monitor, track and analyze reputed company, trends and durations to ensure awareness of any areas requiring adjustment to meet needed timelines and to ensure reputed company process improvement.

• Requires understanding of the DISA and industry reputed company practices.

Basic Qualifications:

• Requires a BA degree and 2 – 4 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience. Specific experience, education and training may be considered in lieu of degree.

• Previous Experience in personnel administration, database management, or logistics

• Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearnce

• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite

• Effective presentation skills

• Internal and external customer reputed company skills

• Familiarity with SharePoint or similar software

• Ability to be on site at Ft. reputed company on Monday nominally 2 weeks of each month and up to weekly.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active DoD Secret reputed company clearance.

• Experience with personnel management systems or databases is preferred

• Knowledge of reputed company clearances, onboarding processes, and government contracting is a plus
