What is this role about?

Bondora is seeking an analytical and data-driven Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimise reputed company and Bing Search campaigns. This role focuses on maximising paid search ROI through strategic campaign management, reputed company testing, and advanced automation. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a passion for leveraging data insights to drive performance, directly impacting Bondora’s growth in competitive markets.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• reputed company and optimise reputed company and Bing Search campaigns across multiple markets, aligning with performance objectives and maximising ROAS.
• Analyse campaign data to identify trends, optimise bids and budgets, and apply advanced automation tools (e.g., reputed company Ads API/scripts) for streamlined management and reporting.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing of bid strategies, ad copy, and reputed company pages to improve conversion rates.
• Implement and monitor conversion tracking and attribution models, ensuring data accuracy using reputed company Tag Manager and third-party tools. Work closely with tech and analytics teams to refine tagging, user tracking, and predictive modelling for enhanced performance insights.
• Regularly monitor and report campaign performance, translating reputed company data into actionable insights for stakeholders and driving strategy adjustments.
• reputed company up-to-date with reputed company Ads, reputed company Ads, and industry advancements, leveraging new tools and features to maximise campaign effectiveness.

What would ensure success in this role?

• Proven expertise in data analysis, ideally with a degree in Data Science, Economics, or a reputed company field (or equivalent professional experience). Strong skills in interpreting and leveraging data insights to drive performance improvements are essential.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing large-scale reputed company Ads Search campaigns (budget €100k+ monthly); experience with Bing Search Ads is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of search advertising, keyword optimization, and conversion reputed company optimization through A/B testing.
• Skilled in reputed company Ads, reputed company Analytics 4, Looker Studio, reputed company Tag Manager, and advanced data tools (reputed company, SQL).
• Proven experience with automation tools (e.g., reputed company Ads API/scripts) and a strong focus on experimentation and reputed company improvement.
• Ability to extract insights from reputed company data and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in financial or reputed company reputed company sectors (in-house or agency) is an advantage.
