reputed company seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Manager to join reputed company. This is a fully remote position.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Engage with the reputed company (DoD) and Directed Energy Industry to identify workforce development gaps and strategies to enhance the Directed Energy workforce.
• Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of Directed Energy programs.
• Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.

• Leads projects with reputed company risk and complexity; develops the strategy for project execution.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Engineering, or Business field required; an additional 4 years of reputed company experience might be substituted for a degree

• Experience as a program manager or principal investigator
• Experience with workforce and/or organizational development.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Physical Requirements:

• You must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

The projected compensation range for this position is $134,400.00-$239,300.00.
