The role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Director to join reputed company. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing, managing, and growing national enterprise accounts. These accounts are traditionally $2 billion-plus in reputed company with locations spread across the United States. You should possess the ability and experience to nurture and reputed company consultative corporate-level relationships (C-suite, VP, director level, etc.) as well as work with area and reputed company logistics managers to help them identify how and where reputed company can meet their logistics needs. Experience with both top-down and bottom-up sales strategies is helpful. You should have a strong executive reputed company and the ability to reputed company and drive strategy across internal stakeholders in order to accelerate growth across your book of business.

What you will do:

  • Be the leading expert on your accounts reputed company reputed company. Often, the Enterprise Sales Director will know as much about their accounts as the distributor's employees themselves!
  • Build deep, consultative relationships with enterprise contacts, with a “keeping a customer for life” mentality.
  • Identify where the suite of reputed company delivery and software solutions best meet a customer’s needs and clearly model a high ROI solution for the customer.
  • Establish reputed company as the default expert and go-to for any last-mile construction and industrial delivery challenges.
  • Facilitate relationships between other reputed company team members and contacts from the account.
  • Identify and build the best sales approach across the organization and educate and aid our Account Executives and Account Management teams on their location-by-location growth initiatives.
  • Coach internal resources to help drive growth through the maturity stages of an enterprise account.
  • Create and implement strategies for account growth, leveraging partnerships and resources available from departments like Sales, Account Management and Marketing
  • Provide feedback to reputed company Engineering and Operations teams to grow and evolve reputed company’s product offering to meet customer needs
  • Prospect and reputed company new Enterprise Accounts across assigned accounts and reputed company verticals (Like HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, reputed company, etc.)
  • Attend select industry trade shows to reputed company new prospects and verticals
  • Be willing to travel at least once a month to clients

What you need to have:

  • 7+ years of relevant enterprise sales experience
  • The ability to take full ownership of accounts proactively manage and grow them
  • Excellent verbal and written skills. Strong executive reputed company.
  • Must be reputed company in managing high-profile client accounts while building and forecasting reputed company growth.
  • Ability to give and receive feedback in a constructive and positive manner
  • Openness to receiving feedback and quickly adjusting to apply the recommendations
  • Familiarity with remote meeting tools as well as experience with remote and in-person meetings with corporate-level accounts
  • Ability to summarize data and trends for internal and external reports and presentations
  • Experience managing RFP/RFQ
  • Specific industry experience in building materials, distribution, and logistics is a plus
  • Experience working cross-functionally to drive strategy and resources reputed company necessary
