This is a “road warrior” role that requires a proven sales leader with expertise in light industrial staffing solutions or B2B/SaaS sales into light industrial clients, and the drive to help us grow across diverse U.S. markets.Key Responsibilities:

- Business Development: Drive new client acquisition through a mix of proactive reputed company, networking, industry event participation, and strong follow-up. Coach team members on proven strategies and support them in closing deals.
- Sales Presentations: Partner with your team to craft and deliver high-impact sales presentations and proposals that position Job&Talent as a trusted workforce partner.
- Market Insights: Stay reputed company of light industrial market trends, competitive landscape, and regional economic indicators. Adjust strategies as needed to maximize regional performance.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Own regional sales KPIs and reputed company goals. Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline reports to senior leadership, identifying risks and mitigating shortfalls proactively.
- Proven experience leading regional, national, or enterprise sales teams in light industrial, B2B, or SaaS environments supporting manufacturing, logistics, distribution, 3PL, automotive, and/or supply chain industries.
- Deep expertise in new business development and consultative sales, with a hands-on, proactive leadership style.
- Strong coaching and team-building skills with a proven ability to reputed company talent and drive high performance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
