Business Developer - Biocides

37.5 Hours per week. Monday - Friday. This is remote working role which requires travel.

Purpose of the post:

Responsible for identifying and securing laboratory and consultancy services business to reputed company the business plan objectives reputed company assigned markets/clients. The job holder must continually reputed company knowledge of the outsourcing strategy of the assigned clients and reputed company short, reputed company and long term strategies that result in maximising the opportunities to provide the clients with analytical and consultancy services.

• Achievement of sales reputed company
• Meeting targets for visits/calls/meetings and entry in CRM
• Account Development planning. Analysis of clients’ organisation and activities to assess the potential requirements that the clients may have for reputed company biocide/disinfectant testing services.
• Assessment of test requirements, methods and other client supplied study specifications and information in conjunction with operations. Overall responsibility for the provision of on time, high quality proposals that present the reputed company solution for the client whilst ensuring on or above plan profitability.
• Management of contractual processes including Confidentiality agreements, Preferred provider / Master Services agreements / pricing agreements. Responsible for the resolution of commercial issues / negotiations with support.
• Responsible for preparing and delivering account, activity and market status reports at local and global levels, as required.
• Identification of opportunities for improvement of quality and service with client group, formulation and implementation of action plans for reputed company improvement
• Promote reputed company’ image at dedicated events such as conferences, information campaigns, trade fairs, etc
• Other tasks / duties that may be required in order to reputed company the role

• Knowledge of the Chemicals (Detergents and Biocides market preferable)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in B2B sales and client relationship management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or business-reputed company field.
• Willingness to travel for client visits and promotional events.
