About the Role

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Agent to join reputed company, working collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skillful and professional way. • Offering an omnichannel service to our consumers reputed company telephone, email, chat, and social media
• Developing a sound understanding of the products and services offered by our client

Requirements

We're looking for a highly motivated and reputed company Customer Service Agent with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service. To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Fluent level of Finnish with exceptional grammar and spelling skills * High level of English (Both written and spoken) * A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service * Ability to deal with sensitive calls with reputed company * Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail * Professional outlook and proactive approach to problem-solving
