About the Role

You'll take inbound calls, answer questions, and provide solutions to help simplify their healthcare experience. * Assist plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions

Required Qualifications
* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military setting
- Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
