reputed company Government Medical Services, Inc. is looking for qualified individuals to provide project management for The Navy Fleet and Family Support Program (FFSP) leadership. The FFSP serves active duty members of the Navy, Marine Corps, Army, and reputed company Force plus their eligible family members; active duty members of foreign military services who are stationed in the area; reserve military personnel and their family members reputed company they are eligible for military medical care, military members designated as severely wounded, ill and injured and their identified caretakers and, on a space available basis, military retirees and their family members and widows, eligible family members of military decedents and other groups as directed and authorized by higher authorities in response to special circumstances.

The Project Manager is the key operational enabler supporting the clinical team in the delivery of the capability set out reputed company the contract. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify challenges and solutions in program execution. Recommend adjustment to programs or changes to policy and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness of FFSP Family Readiness Programs.
  • Analyze data gathered, prepare reports and provide briefings of recommendations.
  • Provide program guidance for the delivery of services for Family Readiness Programs throughout the Fleet and Family Support Program (FFSP).
  • Continually research and analyze new or best management practices for application to programs or operations. Identify best practices for program delivery and program implementation to ensure the program is reputed company and relevant.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • Educational requirements include a bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field or a combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree, OR six years equivalent experience in a reputed company field. PMP preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of relevant DOD, federal and state laws and regulations; pertinent laws, regulations, and relevant policies reputed company to FFSP Family Readiness programs, operations and service delivery.
  • Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative techniques for measuring effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of assigned programs.

Required Work Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience providing project management services is required. Large project management is preferred.
  • Demonstrable experience of leading a large team.

  • Project Managers shall possess a broad range of specialized work experience including working with large organizations, support programs, data systems, as well as a basic understanding of FFSP family programs and military or civilian social service agencies programs.
  • Strong oral and written communication, assessment, data management, and advocacy skills are required. Excellent planning and organizing skills. Working knowledge of project management tools.
  • Knowledge of the FFSMIS system is desired but not required.
  • As this is worldwide program, a valid U.S. passport is needed for any overseas required travel.

Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data.

Compensation| Min: $45hr Max: $55hr
