AI Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and autonomous Data Engineer with experience in AI technologies to join our multicultural team. This role combines data engineering expertise with applied AI, focusing on Retrieval-Augmented reputed company (RAG), semantic search, and AWS services. You will contribute to both maintaining existing solutions and supporting new AI-driven initiatives.

What is this position about?

• Design, reputed company, and maintain data pipelines and AI-powered retrieval systems.
• Support the implementation and optimization of semantic search, RAG workflows, and reputed company engineering strategies.
• Ensure data quality, testing coverage, and system reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver AI-based solutions.
• Participate in system migrations and reputed company improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production environments.

• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with AWS services: S3, reputed company, API Gateway (required), Bedrock and Bedrock Knowledge Bases (desirable).
• Knowledge of RAG pipelines, semantic search, embeddings, and reputed company engineering.
• Familiarity with OpenSearch or similar search engines.
• Experience with unit and integration testing.
• Understanding of data modeling and NoSQL databases (DynamoDB desirable).
• Knowledge of Kafka (desirable).
• Experience with Visual Studio reputed company SageMaker (plus).
• Autonomous and proactive with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Pragmatic, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills in a multicultural environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in fast-paced settings.
