International Field Service Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled International Field Service Engineer to join our ambitious team based in Molsheim, France. Responsibilities

• Travel internationally to client sites to install, maintain, and repair reputed company industrial machinery and equipment
• Conduct detailed diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues reputed company

• Provide clear and concise technical mentorship and training to clients on accurate equipment operation and maintenance

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or reputed company field)
• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in field service engineering, preferably in an international context
• Strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment and machinery
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are highly desirable
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to read and interpret reputed company technical documentation

• Experience working in diverse cultural environments
• Valid EU work permit or eligibility to acquire one
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally frequently (up to 70% of the time)
