As an Experienced Remote Data Entry Specialist – Customer Service and Business Processing, you will play a vital role in our team's success by providing exceptional customer service, processing business data with high accuracy, and working collaboratively with our clients to meet their needs. You will be responsible for performing data entry tasks, classifying documents, and working on various projects based on established procedures and guidelines. Key Responsibilities

* Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy, per client's requirements

  • Classify documents based on client's requirements
  • Work on different tasks (Data Entry, Verify, MEDI & other DE tasks) based on established procedures and guidelines
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and achieve business objectives
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, and comply with company policies and standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 1-2 years of experience in a working environment, preferably in an office setting
  • Ability to demonstrate basic PC/Internet skills, including introductory knowledge of Microsoft products (i.e. Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to translate information effectively and accurately
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and remain self-motivated
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
