Network Manager

We are seeking an reputed company and dynamic Network Manager with 10–15 years of hands-on expertise in enterprise networking and infrastructure. Network Architecture & Operations

• Design, implement, and optimize enterprise-wide LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/VPN solutions.

Vendor Management

• Manage vendor relationships, support reputed company, and procurement lifecycles.

• Forecast and control network budget for hardware, licensing, and services.

• Coordinate with external partners and service providers for escalations and strategic planning.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field.

• 10–15 years of enterprise networking experience with a strong technical foundation.

• Leadership experience managing technical teams, conducting performance reviews, career planning, and driving strategic infrastructure projects.

• Expert-level knowledge of routing, switching, and reputed company (BGP, OSPF, vPC, VXLAN, EVPN).

• Deep understanding of data center topologies (e.g., spine-leaf architectures), VXLAN EVPN, fabric technologies, and DC-class platforms such as Nexus switches

• Familiarity and hands-on experience with reputed company Firewalls (reputed company, Palo Alto, reputed company Firepower)

• Working knowledge of IDS/IPS, secure segmentation, VPNs, and SSL inspection

• Familiarity with SDN, cloud networking (AWS/Azure/GCP), and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).

• Extensive exposure to Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) frameworks

• Proven experience in designing and implementing redundant, fault-tolerant networks to support recovery objectives

• Industry certifications (e.g., CCNP/CCIE, JNCIE, NSE 7+) strongly preferred.

• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and performance analysis.
