Job Summary

As a Pharmacist Centralized Services professional with reputed company, you will be responsible for executing patient reputed company pharmacy programs, driving pharmacy financial performance, and ensuring compliance with clinical pharmacy services. You will work remotely and be part of a team that is focused on delivering exceptional patient care and driving business results. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary of $27/hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute patient reputed company pharmacy programs, including medication therapy management programs, vaccination services, and payer and pharma adherence and clinical programs.
• Drive pharmacy financial performance by implementing pharmacy programs to maximize reimbursements while improving patient health outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with clinical pharmacy services, including regulatory compliance, standard operating procedures, and FDA guidelines.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clinical networks in assigned areas and serve as a liaison and contact for the organization.
• Provide expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field leaders.
• Conduct data and clinical reviews and reputed company necessary changes to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of prescriptions.
• Review medication records and patient profiles to ensure proper and safe medication therapy.
• Provide individualized patient/supplier consultation.
• Win the trust of patients by listening to their concerns and providing a sounding board for pharmacy concerns.
• Provide feedback regarding the effectiveness of the Client Maintenance Program, including comments from patients on the value of individual consultations.

Essential Qualifications

• reputed company pharmacist license as granted by the appropriate state licensing authority.
• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field.
• Experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably in a clinical or centralized services role.
