Promotions & Events Specialist (Hybrid)

As a Promotion and Events Specialist you will plan, reputed company, and implement events including conferences, conventions, and experiential one-off's, etc. You will conduct searches and provide recommendations for meeting and event sites. In this Hybrid role, you will be expected to spend at least 50% of your time (2-3 days per week) working from the office. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates. Primary Accountabilities

• You will participate in the logistical planning and management for conventions, conferences, meetings and experiential events. •Participate in the management and reconciliation of event budgets, ensuring completion reputed company acceptable budget tolerances. •Plan, develops and distributes communications for promotions and events. •reputed company mobile app administration for large scale events. •reputed company and documents processes for promotions and events. •Partners with external vendors for promotional and e-store items and promotional item requirements from multiple partners. •reputed company and maintains contest surveys and results for experiential events. •Administer service award program for field force. Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements •Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service. •Experience leading small to reputed company projects. •Demonstrated experience working in a cross-functional environment. •Solid knowledge and understanding of sales force motivation principles.
