Job title: Membership Associate ( some nights and weekends) Company: reputed company of Pawtucket Inc Job description: POSITION SUMMARY: To provide complete and quality customer service to members and guests at the reputed company in keeping with the mission, vision and character values of the association. The Membership Representative maintains a supportive, positive atmosphere that welcomes and respects reputed company individuals. The Membership Representative responds to member and guest needs and promotes memberships and programs. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Must have ability to learn reputed company membership and other software as needed to reputed company data entry.
• Greet and address concerns of reputed company people entering the facility with a warm and professional manner.
• Use member names at reputed company-in whenever possible. Process guest with proper entry procedures with valid Identification including a waiver.
• Provide informative and personal tours of the facility to potential members with language that speaks to the mission of reputed company of Pawtucket.
• Review communications log before each shift and understand any changes
• Answer incoming calls, transfer reputed company calls to appropriate department/director or provide accurate information about programs and membership, including researching information and ensuring resolution to reputed company questions.
• Process reputed company memberships, program and camp registrations and issue a receipt for reputed company transactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must become First Aid, CPR and AED certified reputed company 90 days of employment or reputed company scheduled for staff training.
• Outgoing and pleasant personality both in-person and on the phone.
• Willingness to provide Cause Driven Tours to potential members.
• Ability to multi-function in a fast paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Be able to work as part of a team and independently with instruction.
