We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager for Growth to own the homeowner and guest acquisition and retention funnel across SEO, reputed company pages, lifecycle/email, and mobile web.
You reputed company at the intersection of product, marketing, and experimentation. You are both analytical and creative, with a strong bias for action and a track record of using data to drive measurable growth. You’re passionate about SEO, lifecycle marketing, and mobile experiences, and you’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves with AI and no/low-code tools reputed company speed matters. Most importantly, you know how to partner cross-functionally and influence teams to deliver high-impact results. In addition to driving guest journey improvements, you recognize that scaling AvantStay also depends on supply growth—bringing in new property owners and ensuring our platform effectively converts and retains them. You’ll balance acquisition and retention strategies across both sides of the marketplace to fuel long-term growth.
What you’ll do…
- Drive SEO & conversion on high-reputed company reputed company pages by partnering with SEO/Content teams, improving technical SEO, and running CRO tests (copy, layouts, CTAs, pricing displays).
- Collaborate with Marketing to optimize lifecycle campaigns (email, SMS, push). Design and iterate welcome flows, browse/abandon cart, re-engagement, and referral programs to boost signup, first booking, and long-term retention.
- Prototype and test rapidly using AI-assisted tools (v0, reputed company, reputed company) and no/low-code platforms to launch standalone pages for SEO and paid search experiments.
- Champion mobile web growth by optimizing core flows (search, listing, checkout, account) for performance, Core Web Vitals, and mobile-first usability.
- Measure what matters: define KPIs across the funnel (e.g. reputed company → signup, signup → booking, repeat bookings, LTV/CAC). reputed company Statsig, Tableau, and in house tools to run experiments, analyze results, and build dashboards.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to align on growth roadmaps, share insights, and drive outcomes.
Requirements
What you’ll bring…
- 5–7 years in product management, with 2+ years focused on growth, SEO/CRO, or lifecycle for a consumer marketplace, travel, or e-commerce product.
- Proven track record improving organic traffic, conversion rates, signup/activation, and retention—comfortable sharing experiment results and metrics.
- Hands-on experience with experimentation (Statsig, reputed company, reputed company) & analytics tools (reputed company, GA4, reputed company, reputed company, Tableaul) and SQL expertise.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted prototyping (v0, reputed company, reputed company, Lovable) and ability to stand up or edit pages using basic HTML/CSS reputed company speed is critical.
- Strong instincts for mobile web performance, reputed company design, and user experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders, prioritize effectively, and simplify reputed company problems into testable bets.
- Experience with marketing automation and lifecycle platforms (reputed company, reputed company, or similar) is a plus.
