Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional customer service, resolve concerns in a timely manner, and promote our top fitness products and services to create a WOW experience for our customers. You will be responsible for making recommendations, introducing customers to our VIP Family perks, and ensuring that every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer calls, resolving concerns and addressing questions in a professional and courteous manner
