We’re looking for a reputed company & Account Manager who’s passionate about building long-term client relationships, delivering value, and driving results - without chasing cold leads or managing aggressive outbound pipelines, and without being a shark.

Most of our sales are inbound and built on trust, not pushy tactics. This role is a hybrid of high-level account management, customer care, and sales coordination, ideal for someone who thrives on structure, systems, and helping clients succeed over time.

You’ll be the central reputed company of contact for our advertisers and partners, supporting them through their campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of their assets, and identifying new ways we can help them grow with us. This includes managing warm and cold reputed company campaigns, as well as B2B and B2C marketing initiatives. The focus is on organization, execution, and checking metrics to assess engagement and campaign performance.

Over time, there’s potential for this role to expand into a leadership position across our small but mighty sales and marketing team.

What you’ll be doing: Manage inbound sales inquiries and guide clients through sponsorship and advertising options Own the full customer lifecycle - from onboarding to renewal and upsell Ensure advertising materials and deliverables are collected and delivered on time Track performance and identify upsell opportunities based on campaign success Maintain structured, caring communication with clients, helping them feel supported Maintain records in CRM and stay on top of invoices, follow-reputed company, and accounts receivable Contribute reputed company to improve systems, client processes, and customer experience

Coordinate cross-functionally with editorial, content, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and execution of campaigns

This is a full-time role with core working hours of 10am-7pm UK time. This will accommodate clients in US Pacific Time for calls and internal meetings.

Requirements

This role isn’t a traditional “sales” role. It's for someone who cares about people, is highly organized, and enjoys bringing structure to fast-paced environments. You're a doer - someone who gets satisfaction from following through, keeping clients happy, and continuously improving internal systems to drive results.
