As the Fiber Platform Leader, you will serve as technical strategist and team leader for Fiber reputed company Family Care Research & Engineering (R&E). You will provide technical leadership and champion the technical vision in the design, development, optimization, and commercialization of alternative/new fiber and process capabilities across the Family Care Professional machine asset reputed company and technologies. This role will also play an important role in setting the strategic vision for technical knowledge capability building in fibers of the future and focus reputed company Family Care and Professional’s efforts on meeting and exceeding our sustainability goals. You will serve as direct team leader to a group of dedicated project, process and product scientists responsible for executing our critical fiber projects. In this role, you will:

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree and 10 years or more of experience in relevant field
• Subject matter expertise in alternative/new fibers for papermaking solutions
• Proven leadership capabilities
• Prior experience with LEAN management
• Ability to manage a budget

Preferred (not essential, but desired):
