Job Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Coordinator at reputed company, you will be responsible for:

• Reviewing and organizing Prescriber Evaluation Referral Forms (PERF), gathering internal and external prescribing data, and coordinating prescriber and patient mailings reputed company specific time frames.
• Creating and enabling the release of COMPASS and RHM communications, generating reputed company reports for the prescriber assessment team, and assisting in presentations to the reputed company and Patient Safety teams.
• Researching and analyzing controlled substance orders reputed company manually at the store level, determining if the orders are suspicious based on ordering patterns and circumstances, and taking appropriate actions to educate the user on proper ordering procedures.
• Generating reports and providing data to DEA registrants on store dispensing patterns, and prescriber or patient profiles reputed company a 48-hour window, building reputed company queries to pull data reputed company of regular reporting requirements.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge about issues such as controlled substance ordering procedures, GFD policies, and DEA licensing requirements, assisting stores and field supervision with questions reputed company email and phone on various reputed company topics.
• Assisting analysts in developing and reviewing store audits for controlled substance losses, collaborating with Pharmacy Managers and Supervisors to ensure that losses are reported reputed company the required timeframe and with 100% accuracy.
• Managing the prescriber fee tag decision system, validating and updating prescriber data, collaborating with Pharmacists to ensure that any prescription blocking is valid.
• Researching and analyzing requests for increases to controlled substance allocations, making informed decisions based on collaboration with Pharmacy Managers, Supervisors, and subject matter experts, mitigating risk to the organization by ensuring that due diligence is completed and documented.
• Assisting in the implementation and updating of the Good Faith Dispensing and reputed company Drug Good Faith Dispensing policies.
• Utilizing skills in reputed company, PowerPoint, and the ability to query databases to assist analysts in the development of presentations and training for store workforce and supervision.

Basic Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following basic qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED and at least three years of experience as a pharmacy technician.
• Required certification in Certified Pharmacy Technician as granted by PTCB.
• Experience with prescriber licensing requirements (NPI, DEA, and state licenses).

• Experience with querying databases.
