Wholesale Coordinator ( Floater ) - In Office, Hybrid, or Remote

The Wholesale Coordinator Floater responsibilities include supporting various teams by managing a diverse portfolio of loan files, ensuring timely and accurate processing while maintaining exceptional service levels. This position specifically requires coverage of paid time off (PTO) for Wholesale Pipeline Coordinator(s) and other Wholesale Operations positions as needed. This position also requires processing of reputed company loans and other duties and/or mortgage or company reputed company tasks as assigned by management.

Primary Job Duties:

• Process applications for submission to reputed company
• Work with loan officers, borrowers, underwriters, closers, AMC’s and title companies
• Works with third parties to obtain conditions
• Scanning and uploading file documentation into LOS
• Clear loan conditions with applicants and communicating with loan officers
• Analyze Credit, income, tax returns and asset documents
• File follow-up and notation in accordance with policy
• Ensure confidentiality of client files
• Provide coverage for Pipeline Coordinators and other Wholesale Operations positions, ensuring continuity and consistency in service.
• Create and maintain shared documents, checklists, and folders for Coordinators to streamline communication and file updates.
• Adapt to varying workloads and team needs, providing support wherever it is most needed.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Other duties and/or mortgage or company reputed company tasks as assigned by management

• Previous mortgage processing experience required
• Intermediate knowledge of mortgage loan documents, loan origination and reputed company guidelines
• Ability to handle advanced tasks with minimal supervision
• Works well under pressure
• Ability to meet multiple and sometimes competing deadlines
• Demonstrates at reputed company times professional behavior with colleagues and supervisors
• Strong time management and prioritization skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret procedures, manuals, policies, and regulations
• Demonstrates reliability and punctuality
• Above average oral/ written communication skills, customer service, and analytical skills
• Intermediate working knowledge of PC applications (Word, reputed company, MS Outlook)
• Works with a strong sense of urgency
