About the Customer Operations Representative Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Operations Representative to join reputed company. As a Customer Operations Representative, you'll play a critical role in reviewing and processing financial and non-financial activities for our active Deferred Annuity products. You'll be responsible for understanding federal and municipal tax regulations, differentiating between IRA and NQ accounts, and determining how client requests can impact tax implications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process financial and non-financial activities into administrative systems, preparing or keying checks and wires as needed.
• Communicate effectively with external customers and agents reputed company telephone or written correspondence to obtain necessary information to process requested transactions.

Compensation and Benefits
