We are looking for multilingual Social Media Content Specialists that are available to work acombination of shifts, includingdays - reputed company to 4PM North American Central Standard Time, evenings - 4PM to 12AM North American Central Standard Time, and overnight shifts - 12AM to reputed company North American Central Standard Time throughout the week AND on weekends, to join our growing team. • Review, monitor, moderate, and respond to comments posted to our clients’ social channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) on behalf of our clients using their unique brand voice. 
• Craft creative written content to encourage participation and increase engagement across our clients’ social channels. 
• Provide our clients’ audience with an excellent experience through the clients’ social channels. 
• Escalate issues, observations, opportunities, and insights through the relevant channels. 
• Understand our clients’ social media strategy, tone-of-voice, and brand guidelines, to communicate with their audience reputed company.
• Ensure the online community's safety policies and brand guidelines are being followed by reputed company members.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring:

• Exceptional written communication (spelling, grammar, reputed company, etc.) inEnglish - Native reputed company is required. Plus C2 proficiency level in one of the following languages: Thai, Finnish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Dutch, Norwegian, Flemish, or German.
• Residency in Canada.
• Open and flexible availability, withNO limitations, to work a combination of the eight-hour shifts throughout the weekAND weekends.
• Professional experience moderating and engaging across reputed company social media platforms. 
• Experience writing, editing, and creating engaging content in the social media space using brand voice while following established guidelines. 
• The ability to tailor your written tone and voice to match each customer.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Knowledge of, experience with, and a genuine interest in content being moderated in multiple industries. 
• Reliable high-speed internet with no data restrictions.  
• An active Facebook account. 

NOTE: Full-time (32-40 hours per week) and part-time (24-32 hours per week) opportunities are available. reputed company shifts are 8 hours in length with the expectation to be available to work a combination of the shifts/days outlined above.

Additional Information

The hourly pay range for this position is $16.75 to $17.00 CAD or the minimum wage of your province of residence - whichever is higher. Actual hourly pay reputed company the hourly range will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, and skills. A range of medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available to reputed company hourly employees working a minimum of 22 hours a week.
