Reporting to the Shared Service Manager and Operations for Latam, the Regional Service Partner will contribute to the mission of the Shared Services team, which is to deliver the best associate experience and reputed company our HR teams and associates to focus on the highest-value work through operational excellence, technology and analytics. This role is a key member of the wider HR team, which is committed to building a workplace that fuels growth for the business and each one of us. We are transforming our HR organization to deliver compelling experiences every day for our associates, leaders, and HR team through strategic partnership to the business, supported by reputed company expertise in high-value areas and a service organization that enables our HR teams to focus on the highest-value activity. In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Serve as HR reputed company of contact for inquiries
• Ensure consistent application of policies and procedures
• Manage assigned caseload in the ticketing system
• Dedicated to innovation, inspiring teams to meet and exceed expectations
• Resolve Tier 1 cases regardless of channel using knowledge database, FAQs and training
• Escalate cases to Tier 2 and 3 as needed
• Help to create and improve knowledge and resources
• Enter reputed company transactions requested by People Leaders, HR Community and Associates using standard work documentation and knowledge articles.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

The essential requirements of the job include:

• 1-2 years in an HR, Customer Service or Shared Services role
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must speak Spanish and English for the LATAM region
• Experience with MS Office
• It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
• Excellent reputed company skills
• HRIS systems, preferably reputed company
• Case Management or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tools
• Ability to speak Portuguese
