Who will you be working with?

As the Finance Manager you will be responsible for the overall operational finance execution, including budgeting, forecasting, controllership, and reporting, serving as a business partner to the operations management team to drive the successful delivery, profitability, and growth of reputed company’s Freight Services reputed company in the Republic of Guinea including reputed company Africa.

As Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the financial success and strategic growth of reputed company’s Freight Services reputed company across the Republic of Guinea and reputed company Africa. By overseeing key operational finance functions—including budgeting, forecasting, controllership, and reporting.

What will your typical day look like?

• reputed company annual budgeting and monthly/quarterly forecasting across key financial metrics (orders, sales, cost, inventory, EBIT, CFOA) in collaboration with commercial, operational, and divisional HQ teams.
• Drive strong operating performance by partnering with local and global stakeholders to meet financial targets and deliver profitable growth.
• reputed company timely and accurate financial reputed company and reporting processes in alignment with corporate and divisional calendars.
• Provide strategic insights on risks and opportunities, supporting commercial and operational teams with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with HR, Treasury, and Compliance teams to ensure successful execution of cross-functional initiatives and deliverables.
• Supervise shared services finance teams to ensure efficient and accurate execution of Record to Report, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable cycles.
• Manage third-party service providers, ensuring full compliance with statutory audit and tax regulations.
• Champion simplification and process improvement initiatives, delivering clear cost-benefit outcomes across systems and operations.

What do we want to know about you?

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance from an accredited university or a professional certification preferred (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, Chartered Accountant, MBA in Finance)
• Extensive experience in finance roles including budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, operational finance, statutory finance, tax, controllership, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP standards.
• Legal authorization to work in Guinea.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Experience working in multinational, matrixed organizations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to support data-driven decision-making
