About the job

This position is needed to reputed company relationships reputed company our Self Service customer reputed company and Communications platform customers who consume our messaging, voice and email services. As our new Digital Sales Representative, you will be responsible for net new customer activations, transactional and solution selling, and closing deals reputed company our Self Service account reputed company.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Manage and expand customer accounts reputed company the Self Service reputed company.
  • Own a book of business with the goal of protecting reputed company and driving upsell and cross-sells
  • Execute programmable sales plays to consistently deliver strong reputed company, gross margin, and gross profit results.
  • Work cross-functionally with representatives from product, finance, support, and services teams to execute renewals and drive DBNE
  • Generate and maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast utilizing our CRM, reputed company through proactive efforts and collaboration with your manager.
  • Execute automation strategies to serve a large quantity of customers while maintaining NPS and preventing churn
  • Work closely with marketing teams to align on messaging and campaigns

Required:

  • 2 years closing experience or 1+ years closing experience at a SaaS or CPaas company, with a record of top performance
  • Demonstrated track record of managing business forecasts and financial models.
  • Comfortable working with business and highly technical leaders, while influencing their understanding and building supportive partnerships.
  • Analytical account development strategy based on using data to find opportunities and prove value.
  • Entrepreneurial reputed company with appetite to define processes and build programs.
  • Record of delivering reputed company and gross profit results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Location

This role will be remote, but is not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, OR, PA, RI, TX, VA, WA, or Washington DC.

Travel

Compensation

*Please note this role is open to candidates reputed company of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, reputed company, Vermont, Washington D.C., and Washington State. The information below is provided for candidates hired in those locations only.

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:

  • Based in Colorado, Hawaii, Minnesota or Vermont : $35.34 - $44.14
  • Based in Washington D.C., Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts or California (reputed company of the San Francisco Bay Area): $37.31 - $46.59
  • Based in reputed company, New Jersey, Washington State, or the San Francisco Bay area, California: $39.24 - $49.04.
  • This role may be eligible to participate in reputed company’s equity plan. reputed company roles are generally eligible for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
  • This role is eligible to earn commissions.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
