Director, Clinical Operations

The Director, Clinical Operations will ensure that clinical stage programs reputed company program objectives reputed company established timelines, budget, and quality standards. This role involves contributing to the development of clinical program strategy, providing leadership to the clinical operations team, and ensuring superior execution and transparency reputed company the department.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Deciphera is committed to fair and reputed company compensation practices. The reputed company salary pay range for this role is $186,000.00 - $255,000.00. Actual compensation packages will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to depth of experience, education, skillset, overall performance and/or location.​
