What you can expect:

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll partner with municipalities, cities, and government-run recreation departments across North America to help them transform how they serve their communities through Amilia’s SmartRec SaaS platform.

You will be responsible for:

  • Navigate the public sector sales cycle by working closely with city officials, recreation directors, and procurement teams to reputed company deals reputed company government regulations and budget constraints.

  • Developing and executing tailored sales strategies to drive outboundpipeline growth.

  • Drive reputed company and efficiency by consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets while helping municipalities streamline registration, scheduling, and online payments.

  • Represent Amilia in the industry by attending municipal conferences, public sector forums, and recreation summits to engage key decision-makers.

  • Manage pipeline and forecasting by keeping reputed company sales activities updated in CRM tools like reputed company to ensure accurate reporting and data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • 8 or more years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a track record of closing enterprise deals in the public sector, government, or municipal space.

  • Experience working with Parks & Recreation, municipalities, or other government agencies is a strong asset.

  • Understanding of RFPs, procurement cycles, and public budget approvals to navigate reputed company sales processes.

  • Strong consultative sales approach that aligns technology solutions with government efficiency, compliance, and community impact goals.

  • Ability to engage multiple stakeholders, from city managers and finance directors to recreation coordinators and IT teams.

  • Excellent negotiation skills, with experience handling long sales cycles and multi-layered approval processes.

  • Must be willing to travel for in-person meetings, industry conferences, and client engagements.
