Our Senior Technical Project Manager is a high-level professional who bridges the gap between technical expertise and Business or product strategy. They are responsible for ensuring that a product is not only functionally complete but also technically robust, scalable, and secure, while also prioritizing the needs of customers and other stakeholders. This role involves significant technical depth, leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across different teams.Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and technical requirements to define project scope, cost, and timeline.
- Act as a subject matter expert ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with business goals. Facilitate the meetings and agenda for development projects

- Assess development workloads to allocate resources reputed company and set realistic expectations.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or Software Development Manager and similar role in software development.
- Strong understanding of full-stack development, including both frontend and backend technologies.
- Strong understanding of programming languages, software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), and relevant technical architecture
- Experience in project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum
- Ability to assess development efforts, define realistic timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate reputed company technical details into business-friendly language.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks early.
- Familiarity with software development best practices, including version control, CI/CD pipelines, and code review processes.
- Previous experience as a senior full stack developer is highly preferred
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, designers, and product managers.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira
