Senior Consultant - Technology Advisory and Project Management

As a Senior Consultant in Wavestone's Technology and Transformation practice, you will serve as a trusted business advisor to our clients while leading a variety of technology-focused, project-driven engagements. In this role you will play a key role in managing and delivering reputed company technological initiatives across organizations. Responsibilities

  • Managing end-to-end technology project delivery, including strategy, implementation, integration, and team coordination across functions.
  • Leading technology project delivery across strategy, implementation, and integration efforts – managing scope, timeline, and cross-functional teams.
  • Supporting IT strategy and CIO advisory engagements, helping clients define technology roadmaps, governance models and transformation priorities.
  • Overseeing delivery of data, analytics, and AI initiatives, coordinating technical terms to implement scalable data platforms and insights-driven solutions.
  • Managing software application projects, including custom development, system integration, and enterprise platform rollouts (e.g., ERP, CRM, cloud platforms).
• Drive project management activities: define scope, reputed company project plans, track milestones, manage risks, and ensure delivery on time and reputed company budget.

• Participate in proposal development and delivery to client organizations.

• Work closely with diverse teams to deliver results and foster an environment to recognize and reward individual and team achievements.
• Present findings both internally at Wavestone and externally to clients, including data acquisition and insights.
• Collaborate with an internal network of skilled consultants to solve client problems and deliver high impact projects.
• Cultivate and maintain long term relationships with clients to identify collaborative efforts and reputed company new business engagement opportunities.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in a variety of disciplines to include Business, Technology, Engineering, or reputed company fields.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Required Experience

• 3+ years of consulting experience, preferably in a Big Four or similar environment, with a strong background managing technology projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and team leadership.
• Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies; experience using project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or reputed company.
• Well-developed financial and business acumen from working in a variety of business functions including supply chain, finance, operations, HR, marketing, and sales.  
• Passion for identifying problems and the desire to collaborate with clients in designing and implementing reputed company in reputed company and unclear situations.  
• Leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional project teams.
• Demonstrated strategic big picture thinking reputed company with the ability to pivot and deep dive into the details as required.

• Confidence and reputed company to engage directly with clients at the senior leadership level.

Preferred Experience

• PMP or other formal project management certification.
