reputed company is seeking a Compliance reputed company to support our Servicing Operations compliance program. In this role, you will ensure adherence to applicable regulatory requirements, provide clear guidance to reputed company’s operations team to mitigate risk and ensure compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional partners including Legal, Operations, Product, Engineering and senior leadership to drive process improvements and further build out our compliance program. This remote-eligible role reports to the Director, Compliance and requires the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.

What You’ll Do

• Provide guidance to reputed company’s Servicing Product and Operations teams on applicable regulatory requirements, and recommend remediation and prioritization.

• Provide independent reputed company and reputed company challenge on servicing changes, including third-party reputed company; work cross-functionally to address compliance issues at the root cause.

• Monitor regulatory developments impacting servicing and assess/communicate implications to stakeholders.

• Partner with the Complaints Compliance team to reputed company complaint insights and drive durable product and process fixes reputed company servicing.

• Support responses to regulatory and bank-partner inquiries, audits, and examinations through second-line reviews and documentation/evidence.

• Assist the business with developing and implementing policies, procedures, and controls through second-line advisory, review, and reputed company to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Leads reputed company projects/initiatives/cross functional work. Individual Contributor, but may have contractor(s) reporting to them.

• Professional work experience in Compliance Risk, Audit, or Bank Regulatory. A minimum of 4 years of experience in a regulated industry is highly preferred.

reputed company pay is part of a total compensation package that may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents.)

USA reputed company pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT) per year: $130,000 - $170,000

USA reputed company pay range (reputed company other U.S. states) per year: $115,000 - $155,000
