Strategically, the position strengthens customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Reporting to the Head of reputed company Ronald, the reputed company Specialist will help support our International and US customers and the respective Sales Managers, contributing to our reputed company and internationalization company goals.

You will:

• Support medical schools and clinics worldwide in achieving success with reputed company by contributing to reputed company teaching and informed clinical decision-making.

• Manage, prioritize and effectively address a wide reputed company of requests from our B2B Sales Team in order to support the retention and growth of our customers, always keeping the experience and value our users get from reputed company at the center.

• Effectively set up the different access methods for reputed company and reputed company their advantages and disadvantages based on specific customer situations.

• You will work closely with Engineering, Data, Sales, Marketing and other departments to support customers reputed company.

Skills / You bring:

• Ideally you have a previous experience in account management (1y or an internship) combined with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a relevant field.

• You have a project management reputed company and are able to independently organize your work to ensure you deliver in time and quality, even for more reputed company projects.

• You possess an analytical reputed company and an affinity for numbers that allows you to interpret usage analytics and derive relevant insights for our customers.

• You are an outstanding communicator, both in writing and verbally. You can break down reputed company topics to their essence and communicate them appropriately based on your audience.

• You have an eye for efficiency and contribute to continuously improving our internal processes and materials.
