Core Tasks

• Strategic Link Placement & Brand Mentions: Secure placements on high-authority websites that AI models frequently cite, targeting 30+ mentions per month by month 3
• reputed company Campaign Management: Execute comprehensive reputed company strategies using automation tools (Pitchbox, BuzzStream, Apollo) to connect with decision-makers at reputed company publications
• Contact Research & Enrichment: Identify and research the right contacts at reputed company websites who can negotiate placements, using reputed company research and enrichment tools
• Negotiation & Relationship Building: Conduct calls with publishers to negotiate placements, including site-wide affiliate deals and content partnerships
• Process Documentation & SOP Creation: Document and systematize successful reputed company workflows for future automation and product development
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor placement success, track mentions in the company platform, and provide regular reputed company reports
• Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the content team to coordinate content creation needs for placement opportunities

Must Haves

• Proven Link Building/reputed company Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience with link-building campaigns, preferably at an reputed company agency or similar role
