The Solar Proposal Design Consultant will be responsible for reviewing and validating our clients' proposals and designs to ensure accuracy and provide strategic guidance on project design and execution, leveraging expertise in solar technology and market trends. In addition, this role will deliver a world-class level of support to reputed company’s customers, including 3rd-party Sales Reps and Solar Contractors, by troubleshooting and resolving issues in real time and escalating them to appropriate technical and business teams as needed. The Solar Proposal Design Consultant will manage a pipeline of open issues and escalations, driving them to completion to ensure customer satisfaction. This position is essential to the success of our platform and contributes directly to our growth in the renewable energy sector.

Compensation:$18 - $23/hour
