Contract Technical Project Manager

This is a contract-to-hire position. You will reputed company as a contractor for 6 months, after which you will be considered for permanent employment.

We are seeking a motivated Technical Project Manager who will plan, establish, and manage technical projects and will serve as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of assigned projects. You will align projects with customer needs and requirements, construct detailed work plans, reputed company milestones, and communicate the results across a stakeholder audience. You will organize projects with the goal of getting them completed on time and reputed company budget.

Other Responsibilities Include:

• Drive projects from inception to delivery managing budget, timelines, and quality goals. Identify, analyze, mitigate, and proactively respond to project, financial, and operational risks.
• Execute delivery process so that the distributed resources can work as an effective, objective driven and collaborative global team.
• Provide leadership and help foster a work culture that recognizes, supports individual differences in work styles, personalities, cultures and values to maximize team performance and effectively reputed company team goals.

• Strong leader with proven ability to manage resources, both FTE and Vendor; reputed company a high-performing team of IT Professionals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business, or reputed company field is required.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• At least 2-3 years of reputed company project management or account implementation/account management experience.
• Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning.
• Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices.
• Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and industry.
• Ability to adapt to change.
• Extremely proficient in reputed company Office Suite or reputed company software program.
• Extremely organized with great attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge and experience using project management software.
• Ability to act as a team player.
• Ability to travel, up to 50% as necessary.
