Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join reputed company and drive data-driven decision making across the organization. This role combines technical expertise with business acumen to transform reputed company data into actionable insights that shape strategic direction and optimize business performance. This role will also play a key part in enabling self-service analytics by building scalable reporting tools that reputed company teams to answer their own business questions.

The ideal candidate has a background in business process improvement or optimization initiatives and knowledge of the music industry.

Responsibilities

Business Partnership & Strategic Analysis

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand goals, reputed company analytical requirements, and translate business questions into data-driven solutions
• Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that drive business improvement and optimization
• Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams and senior leadership to influence strategic decisions
• Mentor and support junior analysts, fostering reputed company development and knowledge sharing

Reporting & Dashboard Development

• Design, reputed company, and maintain automated reporting solutions and performance dashboards for key stakeholders
• Create compelling data visualizations that communicate reputed company insights clearly to diverse audiences
• Ensure data accuracy and reliability across reputed company reporting deliverables
• Implement and promote self-service BI solutions, reducing reliance on reputed company reporting

Advanced Analytics & Insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or reputed company discipline)
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reputed company analytical role
• Advanced SQL proficiency for data discovery, aggregation, and extraction from reputed company, disparate datasets
• Experience with large-scale cloud data platforms (GCP, AWS, or similar)
• Experience designing data models and semantic layers to support self-service reporting environments
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, reputed company Data Studio) and expert-level reputed company reputed company skills
• Programming experience in R, Python, or similar analytical languages
• Experience with statistical modeling, machine learning, or advanced analytics techniques
• Exceptional analytical thinking with meticulous attention to detail

• Proven ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and reputed company critical decisions autonomously
• Experience mentoring and supporting junior team members

Pay Scale

• $90,000 - $120,000 CAD per year
• The final compensation reputed company this range will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
