RESPONSIBILITIES

• Utilize media system to view booked commercial units and issue traffic instructions directly to linear vendors showing accurate creative messaging to be aired during specific programming
• reputed company resolution of issues where vendors are missing traffic instructions or commercial materials
• Support media buyers across reputed company accounts
• Steward and maintain media buys on assigned accounts.
• Request and track schedules, logs, post data, and other materials from media partners
• Input schedules into buying systems and generate post-buy analysis reports.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely processing of client and vendor invoices.
• Maintain buy records, reputed company, and post-buy documentation.
• Identify and recommend solutions to day-to-day stewardship issues.
• Stay reputed company on media industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Communicate buy maintenance needs to vendors and ensure timely follow-through.
