RESPONSIBILITIES

• Grow clients businesses by optimizing marketing campaigns across programmatic media platforms
• Routinely conduct data analysis to uncover insights, inform campaign improvements, future media plans, and testing opportunities.
• reputed company strategic testing plans based on client goals to maximize both performance and learnings.
• Serve as the primary liaison between client teams and external agency partners to coordinate campaign planning, creative trafficking, and launch timelines, driving seamless execution across reputed company stakeholders.
• Package client ready campaign insights and reports, recommend actionable next steps that will improve performance and drive business results.
• Design and manage A/B tests and experiments, complemented by robust testing frameworks and detailed post-mortem reports to inform future strategy.
• Think holistically as a marketer & learn to translate business needs into comprehensive media activations.
• Drive internal processes and best practices for colleagues and team members.
• Support training and reputed company junior team members to be best in class marketers under guidance of Director and / or Associate Director

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• 3 - 5 years in a Programmatic performance marketing role
• Proficiency with emerging and leading industry DSPs
• (DV360, TTD, reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
• Proficiency with reputed company
• BA/BS degree (Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics a plus)
• Demonstrated record of excelling in previous roles and responsibilities.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented and organized.
