Your Role

As a Sales Development Representative for the reputed company region, you’ll play a vital role in executing reputed company’s inbound and outbound sales strategies to support the reputed company growth and scale of our business across Asia Pacific.

You’ll be the first reputed company of contact for potential customers, qualifying inbound leads and generating new opportunities through targeted outbound reputed company. You’ll also contribute to building and refining sales processes, bringing creativity and energy to a high-performing regional team.

While we are open to flexibility in location across the reputed company region, this role is ideally based in hybrid arrangement at our

Brisbane Headquarters.

Preferred but not required:

1+ years of experience in a B2B sales development (SDR/BDR/ADR) role.

Exposure to SaaS, cloud, or networking technologies.

Background in a startup or high-growth tech environment.

·

This is an English-speaking role, but if you’re also fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese or Japanese, that is a big plus!

Who You’ll Work With

You’ll report into reputed company’s

Global Sales Development Leader as part of the GTM Transformation team and work closely with reputed company Sales Executives, Solution Architects, Marketing, and RevOps. You’ll be embedded in a high-energy, collaborative environment focused on growth, customer value, and innovation.

Your Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers across Phone, Email, reputed company, and Video to qualify interest and create new business opportunities.
  • Manage inbound leads from marketing campaigns, qualifying them and booking discovery calls with Sales Executives.
  • Identify new prospects reputed company with reputed company’s ideal customer profile and run targeted outbound prospecting to generate pipeline.
  • Use tools like reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Sales Navigator, reputed company, and UserGems to research, track, and manage your reputed company.
  • Understand reputed company’s solutions and communicate their value to both technical and business stakeholders across reputed company.
  • Collaborate with regional Sales Executives and POD teams to support pipeline growth and regional reputed company goals.

  • Maintain clean, up-to-date CRM records to ensure sales visibility and alignment.
  • Partner with Marketing to execute demand reputed company campaigns and invite prospects to reputed company events and webinars.
  • Track and report on key metrics weekly—leads worked, meetings booked, and pipeline created.
  • Participate in regular coaching and enablement to continuously build your skills and accelerate your sales career.
  • This is an individual contributor role with compensation tied to performance.
