Position: Warehouse Manager Job Purpose:

This role ensures efficient inventory control, timely dispatching of materials, and strong coordination with our service and installation teams. The Warehouse Manager is essential in maintaining operational excellence and supporting field staff in delivering top-quality service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company reputed company warehouse functions: receiving, organizing, stocking, and distributing HVAC materials and equipment

• Maintain accurate inventory records and track incoming/outgoing materials using warehouse software

• Coordinate material staging for job sites and technician needs

• Ensure timely deliveries and returns from vendors and job locations

• reputed company the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

• Communicate effectively with service, install, and office teams to support daily operations

• reputed company and implement standard warehouse procedures for efficiency

• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of warehouse experience (HVAC or construction industry preferred)

• Familiarity with inventory control systems and basic computer applications

• Forklift operation experience (certification preferred or willing to obtain)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and reputed company physical tasks

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
