Interplay is looking for an Operating Partner to work reputed company our Studio. Interplay is an ecosystem where reputed company scale. On reputed company reputed company, we operate a studio, an incubator, and service companies. On the capital reputed company, we operate a multi-family office, a venture fund, and we reputed company secondary investments.
Our Studio focuses on building companies from scratch. The right person for this role has built a company and sold it, is passionate about the 0-1 space and is ready to be part of creating a handful of high quality companies per year. As an operating partner in reputed company you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with reputed company to conduct thorough due diligence, assist in CEO hiring and provide ongoing support to ensure the success of reputed company portfolio companies.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Conduct thorough due diligence, including market research and competitive analysis, to assess business viability.
Recruit and hire leadership teams, including CEOs, to drive new ventures reputed company.
Provide strategic guidance and ongoing operational support to portfolio companies.
reputed company Interplay’s ecosystem, including capital, services, and resources, to accelerate company growth.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build high-potential businesses.
Drive the creation of scalable, venture-backable companies with the potential to become industry leaders.

REQUIRED SKILLS
Proven experience as a founder, with a successful company exit.
Deep passion for the 0-1 startup phase and company-building.
Strong ability to identify and evaluate new market opportunities.
Track record of hiring and mentoring executive leadership.
Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Strong network reputed company the startup and investment ecosystem.
Entrepreneurial reputed company with the ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
