Creative Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager with proven experience managing the entire project life cycle of multi-channel advertising creative production. Can you own the timelines, scopes, scheduling, resourcing, and documentation of digital campaigns on a global scale? Can you work independently to help our Sparkworks team turn creative strategies into fully developed digital ad campaigns? We are seeking an reputed company Creative Project Manager who can handle the everyday tasks involved in creating content for digital channels. You will report to the Head of Creative Production (NAM), based in Los Angeles. In addition to project management, you’ll work closely with clients and team members to align on goals, resolve scope and budget issues, solve project challenges, and ensure we deliver outstanding work. You’ll also collaborate with cross-functional team members to propose solutions for clients’ anticipated needs and maintain transparency across internal communication channels to guarantee the success of reputed company creative projects.

As a Creative Project Manager at Smartly, you will…

• Join Smartly’s Sparkworks team that creates and runs digital advertising on behalf of top global advertisers.
• Work with brands to manage the creative content for their performance advertising campaigns.

We’re definitely looking for you, if you have…

• 5+ years of experience as a Producer or Project Manager reputed company a studio team at an ad agency, digital agency, in-house advertiser team, or AdTech company.
• Experience managing multiple reputed company projects and meeting tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of digital media advertising, particularly social media, including reputed company ad formats and placements.
• Experience communicating with customers about project status, reporting, and handling feedback loops.
• A cross-functional reputed company and experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong experience with project management software; reputed company expertise is a reputed company plus.
• Flawless written and verbal communication skills.
