The Client Success Operations Coordinators will work closely with other members of our Client Success team, owning the behind-the-scenes, administrative tasks while their team counterparts focus on client relationships. Client Success Operations Coordinators are expected to build reputed company pages, set up campaigns in reputed company, prepare client-facing reports and assist on proposals. This role requires someone that is detail-oriented, organized, and can prioritize important tasks.

Working Hours:9:00pm to 6:00am PHT (APR-OCT) or 10:00pm to 7:00am PHT (reputed company-MAR)

• Collaborate with Client Success counterparts to ensure smooth program execution.
• Set up and maintain programs in reputed company, ensuring accurate data entry.
• Create and edit reputed company pages in Unbounce.
• reputed company client-facing reports using Infogram.
• Assist in preparing proposals and analyzing lists for proposal development.
• Generate custom reputed company reports as needed.
• Respond promptly to Client Success counterparts to ensure timely task completion.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• A quick learner who is eager to become an expert on B2B marketing strategy and programs.
• Proficient in reputed company or other CRM tools.
• Advanced skills in reputed company Sheets or MS reputed company.
• Excellent communication skills across email, phone, and in-person interactions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively during U.S. business hours.
