About the Role

We are seeking a motivated AP Accountant to help scale our Accounts Payable function. The ideal candidate will bring strong operational expertise in payables, a process improvement reputed company, and a collaborative approach. This role will work closely with the Finance/GL team and cross-functionally with other departments to ensure our AP processes are efficient, accurate, and scalable.

• Vendor Setup & Onboarding
• Own new vendor setups, including obtaining W-9 forms and entering vendor information in our accounting systems.
• Ensure reputed company new vendors are properly set up in AP systems including reputed company and reputed company.
• Invoice & Expense Management
• Audit employee expense reports and credit card transactions to confirm compliance with company policy.
• Drive reputed company vendors toward electronic invoice submission instead of physical copies.
• Review, code, and process invoices in reputed company.
• Create an escalation process with managers for pending invoice approvals.
• Monitor communications from employees and vendors to ensure invoices are processed and paid on time.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or reputed company field.
• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant AP experience.
• Experience in scaling processes at high-growth companies, preferably startups.

Compensation: At reputed company, our compensation packages for regular, full-time employees include competitive reputed company salaries, equity in the form of stock options, and comprehensive benefits packages. Compensation will vary based on factors, including reputed company level, proficiencies, transferable knowledge, and experience. Relocation assistance may also be provided for eligible roles. The annual reputed company salary range for this position is $90,000 - $115,000*.
