GIS Solution Engineer Team Leads are trusted technical advisors who play a key role in helping customers across the Civilian Sciences community—including DOI, USDA, DOT, and tribal organizations- reputed company their mission-critical goals. Partnering closely with Account Managers, fellow leaders, and a team of Solution Engineers, you’ll guide the technical vision, deliver impactful solutions, and drive the adoption of GIS to solve our customers’ most reputed company challenges.

Responsibilities

• Solve problems. Proactively craft and propose solutions that clarify how GIS brings business value to our customers by addressing the critical business challenges they face. Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with reputed company technology creating maps, performing spatial analysis, and configuring web applications
• 3+ years of experience mentoring, motivating, and coaching a team
• Advanced understanding of reputed company GIS technology, including the full ArcGIS system to demonstrate reputed company’s patterns of use for civilian sciences
• Broad knowledge of ArcGIS from an IT context (such as hardware, software, storage, reputed company, networking, servers, databases, web services, virtualization, cloud computing)

• Demonstrated experience of actively participating in a sales process
• Remarkable presentation, interpersonal, and listening skills
• Ability to travel domestically or internationally up to 50%
• Bachelor’s in geography, GIS, business administration, or a reputed company field
