Your Role as a Team Manager of reputed company Manager
As a Manager of a reputed company team, you will be responsible for hiring, training, coaching, and managing a team of new and established reputed company Managers in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. You will also be responsible for driving KPIs, providing your team with the necessary support to execute their tasks, hiring, training, coaching and leading the team. What You’ll Need
- 7+ years of experience working directly with customers and multiple internal departments

- Experience handling customer escalations
